Welcome to the Norwegian Internet Exchange (NIX)!
NIX comprises six Internet exchange points for IP traffic across Norway, specifically located in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Tromsø, and Stavanger.
NIX facilitates efficient and cost-effective local and regional interconnection for Internet service providers (ISPs) and content providers operating in Norway.
NIX is proudly hosted by the University of Oslo, in cooperation with four other universities in Norway.
