We would like to inform you about an upcoming change for the member portal.nix.no. The maintenance will involve updating our IXP Manager Server to V6.4.2.
Please note the following important details:
- The current portal, portal.nix.no, will be renamed to portal-old.nix.no to facilitate the migration process.
- portal-old.nix.no will serve as the primary site for our regional IX sites (SIX, TIX, TRDIX, TIX). We are also in progress to migrate these sites to the new portal.
- This change is scheduled to take place on Monday, November 10, 2025 during CET workhours (08-16).
- New customer admin user accounts (the accounts that can create new accounts for your engineers) will be generated, and these will remain the same as before.
- 2fa will be mandatory from now on
Let us know if you experience any issues.
Best regards,
The NIX team
